By accessing this Website, contacting us to make a contribution, or coordinating an appeal on our behalf, You (“User”, “Donor”, “Volunteer”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Words where the initial letter is capitalized hold meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions carry the same meaning whether in singular or plural form.

2. Website Nature & Eligibility

  • Informational Platform: brasws.org is primarily an informational platform dedicated to highlighting our charitable activities, community impact, and verified appeals. The site does not operate automated, open-registration account creation or unmoderated crowd-campaign tools.
  • Age Requirement: Users represent that they are at least 18 years of age. Minor donors or volunteers under 18 may participate only with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Privacy Alignment: All personal information shared via direct email, phone call, or physical correspondence is managed strictly according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Approved Causes & Campaign Guidelines

BRASWS is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. All charitable funds mobilized under the name of BRASWS must strictly serve our verified welfare programs.

3.1 Approved Welfare Causes

Contributions directly support verified beneficiaries under the following core sectors:

  • Healthcare & Medical Aid: Free medicine, patient support, clinical assistance, and emergency treatments.
  • Education & Child Welfare: School supplies, uniforms, tuition assistance, and support for vulnerable children and orphans.
  • Clean Drinking Water: Installation and rehabilitation of community water filtration and delivery systems.
  • Emergency Relief & Rehabilitation: Ration drives, disaster response, and immediate humanitarian relief.
  • Skill Development & Livelihood: Vocational training, micro-assistance, and sustainable family livelihood initiatives.

3.2 Prohibited Appeals & Misrepresentation

  • No Unauthorized Campaigns: No individual, volunteer, or entity may initiate a public or private fundraising campaign invoking the name, logo, or reputation of Begum Razia Abdul Sattar Welfare Society without prior written authorization from Society management.
  • No Personal Gain: Appeals may never be coordinated for private commercial interests, unverified private debts, or personal financial gain.
  • Compliance with Law: Any activity violating Pakistani laws, banking regulations, or public ethics will result in immediate revocation of authorization and reporting to competent law enforcement bodies.

4. Collection, Management & Allocation of Funds

  • Official Banking Channels: All donations must be remitted exclusively to official, verified BRASWS bank accounts or authorized physical receipts issued by designated representatives. BRASWS never authorizes personal bank accounts for fund collection.
  • No Private Intermediaries: Individual volunteers, fundraisers, or organizers have no authority to hold, withhold, deduct commissions from, or redirect funds collected in the name of BRASWS.
  • Operational Discretion: BRASWS ensures that contributions are utilized for the donor’s intended project category. In circumstances where an emergency appeal reaches capacity or local logistics demand, BRASWS reserves the right to allocate excess funds to the most critical, immediate welfare needs within the same welfare sector.

5. Donor Rights, Receipts & Refund Policy

  • Voluntary Giving: All contributions must be made willingly and without coercion.
  • Official Documentation: Every donor is entitled to an official digital or physical donation receipt acknowledging their contribution for personal, corporate, or tax-reporting records.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Because contributions are promptly disbursed to support ongoing welfare operations, patient care, food distributions, and educational programs, donations are non-refundable once deposited.
  • Exception Clause: A refund inquiry will be considered solely in verified cases of technical banking errors, duplicate bank wire transfers, or proven unauthorized card usage, provided the donor notifies BRASWS within seven (7) business days of the transaction.
  • Transparency Requests: Donors may reach out directly to inquire about project progress, deployment updates, or verification reports for ongoing programs.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

  • All content on brasws.org including the Society name, official logo, photographs of relief efforts, program reports, graphics, and written materials is the exclusive intellectual property of Begum Razia Abdul Sattar Welfare Society unless third-party attribution is noted.
